At the core of our belief lies the fact that the food we serve our children today will define their food lifestyle of tomorrow. Our kids lead active lives that challenge them both physically and mentally. A balanced and nutritiously sound meal served daily would be a great example for them to follow.
In order to achieve that goal we as a kitchen have to serve one menu a day for an entire school with choices but limited to type. Pasta day for example is a fun day. It can be Fusilli, Penne or Lasagna with a blush sauce and it is served with a choice of Caesar or Mediterranean Salad.
At the discretion of the school we can execute a weekly menu and rotate it by-weekly or monthly in order to offer more choice.
